What is the minimum order quantity for FoSilicon chips? +

The standard minimum order quantity is 3,000 piece/model. Samples and small quantities are available through authorized agents, for large quantities please contact the sales team directly for a quote.

Do you provide free samples? +

Yes, each chip offers up to 5 Free sample of tablets (including development kit). Please apply through the "Appointment Consultation" form and indicate the project background and expected usage.

What is the Bluetooth certification status of FS2101X? +

FS2101X has passed Bluetooth SIG certification (QDID can be checked) and supports BQB certification. Radio certifications such as FCC/CE/SRRC are completed by customers at the product level, and we provide test reports and reference design assistance.

Is the schematic review service really free? +

Yes, schematic and PCB Layout reviews are completely free and unlimited for customers who have purchased or plan to purchase FoSilicon chips. Audit reports are usually 3-5 Delivered within working days.

Do you provide custom algorithm development? +

We provide a library of standard algorithms (Heart Rate, HRV, Blood Oxygen, ECG Analysis, etc.). If you need customized algorithms for specific scenarios, you can communicate with the FAE team to support joint development or licensing cooperation.

What platforms does the SDK support? +

SDK support Windows / Linux / macOS development environment, BLE protocol stack is compatible with iOS and Android. Provide Keil / GCC / IAR project template, please refer to the SDK download on each product page for details.
